Community Critical Response - Critical Incident Grief Support for Your Personnel and Community

We provide 24/7 deployment of trained, culturally competant and experienced grief specialists to support your department following critical incidents within your jurisdiction. Our team offers immediate stabilization and care for victims, survivors, and witnesses, allowing your personnel to remain operationally focused. Before members go off shift, we provide on-scene defusing support to help reduce acute stress exposure, then coordinate directly with Command Staff to assess whether a formal debrief within the 24–72 hour window is warranted. Our objective is to protect your people, reduce cumulative stress impact, and strengthen long-term readiness — all in alignment with your chain of command and at your request.

QPR - Suicide Prevention Training

Certified by the QPR Institute we offer a 2 hour workshop for businesses, schools and churches, equipping leaders to recognize and interact with people who are high risk for dying by suicide.
