Ryan Wright
Ryan currently serves as the Wellness Coordinator for the City of Santa Clara’s Police and Fire Departments. In this role, he focuses on holistic wellness, resilience, and recovery, supporting first responders and their families through proactive care, peer support, and crisis response.
He is a featured expert in the GriefShare video course, which is used around the world to help thousands of people navigating the journey of grief. He also regularly serves as a peer support consultant and trainer, funeral officiant, guest speaker, and pastoral counselor.
Ryan has served as a pastor for more than 35 years and believes God has uniquely called him to walk alongside people in moments of crisis, grief, and trauma. Throughout decades of ministry, Ryan has been known for his steady presence, compassionate care, and commitment to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult seasons.
In addition to his pastoral ministry, Ryan has volunteered as a chaplain with the Santa Clara Police Department for over 20 years. He also served as a first responder chaplain at Ground Zero in New York City immediately following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, offering care and spiritual support to those serving on the front lines during a time of national tragedy.

Janice Wright
Janice brings decades of experience as a certified fitness instructor and coach, serving individuals both in person and online. She has a deep passion for walking alongside people in seasons of grief, recovery, and personal growth, helping them move toward healing and wholeness.
Janice is a certified Genesis Process Counselor and has faithfully led and facilitated grief groups for more than 20 years, offering compassionate guidance to individuals and families navigating loss. She is also an ordained minister with a love for worship and has served for many years as a worship leader, creating meaningful spaces for people to encounter God through music.
Janice is a featured in the GriefShare video course, which is used around the world to help thousands of people navigate the journey of grief. In addition to her group and ministry work, she is available for personal one-on-one coaching, pastoral counseling focused on recovery and relationship issues, as well as guest worship leading and speaking.
She finds great joy in helping others move through barriers related to grief and physical health, empowering them to move forward with renewed strength, hope, and overall well-being.
